There are four interviews: one focused on communication skills, a coding test on Codility, another coding test on skype and a final interview on a project you are asked to do. It is implied that you are already very familiar with the technology stack you applied for, i.e. you are a senior developer in it.

The interviewer was just checking on my communication skills and asked me about my motivation, how I heard about them etc etc. I was also asked my rates, although the number that matters is the one you give in the fourth interview.

Interview
The process has 4 parts. First is general interview where they ask you basic questions about yourself to find out about your personality. Second part is a Codility test where they check your algorithmic thinking. The third part is live coding where you have two tasks and one of the inetrviewers is watching you coding. The forth part is bigger project which you will then present.
Smooth and fast. The initial state went well and we moved on to the online test which was a little difficult but I scaled through . Moving to the technical interview now and I hope I make it

Interview
First, I applied through their website then they asked me for a HR call.
Then, they sent an online test on Hacker Rank.
After passing the test, they set up an interview. Everything was okay but the time frame is impossible to finish the test in it. They gave 30 minutes coding question to be done fully in 10 minutes only. They even don't accept 90% done.
