I was accidentally scheduled for a front of house interview. It's a group interview. It involves games and group activities. They want you to show how well you work with people and how "fun" and spunky you are. Let them know I wanted to be back of house, so they had me do the group interview then grabbed me a kitchen manager for a One on one interview.
