I applied online. I interviewed at Topgolf (Nashville, TN) in May 2019
Interview
This interview is different than any other interview. It’s more relaxed and fun. They call it a hiring event. There will be a lot of people there. When you are arriving they will play music and try to get everyone to dance. There are 3 parts to the interview. The first part you are divided into groups and you have to create your own Topgolf for a certain group of people (children, high schoolers, adults, etc) and do like ice breakers. The next part you have to go to different stations and answer questions, but you only have like 1-2 minutes per station. Once your time is up you have to move on. The next part is for bartenders and servers only. You have to pretend that you are serving that table. They want you to upsell and be able to answer their questions with confidence.

Why should we hire you?
We were asked to participate in a hiring event where we would have a fun time with games and music but they would still ask us general questions in between the whole event.

Interview
Called a "Mish bish" very different than any other interview. Much like a speed dating of interviews. While waiting you are paired in groups and asked random questions and play games. The team observes your answers and attitude throughout.
