Contacted about a week after applying online. Phone interview was good, very pleasant and questions were a little challenging, but I had to contact several times to get a status on my application. In-person interview was changed by Topgolf multiple times and I finally completed the in-person interview. In-person interview was underwhelming, very basic questions by the Director of Operations. Once the interview was over, was told corporate HR would contact on results. Received no call from HR and have followed up several time with no response. They still show my application as under review. Disappointing that their follow-up is poor. I expected more from what I experienced in the initial interview with their corporate HR.

Interview
Interview process was good. Had a phone interview with a recruiter and then set me up with a face to face with the director of operations and senior recruiter. This was for a new location so they had many interviews for this position. Made it through the first round with a call a couple days later asking to come in for a third interview with the national director of operations. The third interview felt a little rushed but was still an hour and a half long. They had me break down a sample P&L report and discuss it with them. Followed up with my recruiter 5 days after the third interview. He let me know that they decided to go with another candidate for the position. Good communication between myself and the company and wish them the best of luck.

Simple, structured questions that are passed along through layers along with standard business experience type review. Started with a phone screen, then two progressive phone interviews, then 2 face to face interviews with the regional and corporate.
