My interview process with TopDog Law was efficient, fast, and provided a great candidate experience. Throughout the process, I received a lot of information about the company, the culture, and the vision of the organization. What stood out most was the strong sense of ownership and genuine belief employees had in the mission, which was a major factor in my decision to join.
I was impressed by the enthusiasm and conviction everyone demonstrated when talking about the company and its future. I also appreciated the pace of the process—there were no unnecessary delays. Each step led smoothly to the next, communication was consistent, and I always knew where I stood. The process concluded with a clear outcome, making for a very positive overall experience.
It was a lengthy interview process, I met with 7 people, but all good discussion and each person covered their own area of interest to dive into and it did not feel like repetitive questions, which is refreshing during the process.
