Top Guard Security Security Officer interview questions

It was easy, the interviewer was very friendly . A few days after the interview, I was sent to my site to train. Tht following Monday I was working at the site.

In order to work for Top Guard Security, you must apply online. One the application has been reviewed, you will be called by the Recruiting Specialist for your first interview. My experience was great; we spoke about my experience, what my goals were -long and short- and what my availability would be. I then took an aptitude test to see what sites I would fit at best and took a drug test. Additionally, my DCJS classes were set up and by in house background check was ran to ensure DCJS wouldn't find any surprises. After the first day, I came back and met with my account manager to discuss training and my schedule. I them attended a 4 hour mandatory orientation welcoming me into the company, and assisting my acclimation to Top Guard. This all happened before I started working.
