I had an initial video interview with the Director of Operations followed by another video interview several days later with the Co-founder. Sent each of them a thank you and follow-up email but never heard from their company again...GHOSTED. No response or rejection email sent. Only found out the role had been filled when I saw via LinkedIn that someone had started in the position. Unprofessional. Dodged a bullet.
