I applied online. I interviewed at Toolstation (Leigh, North West England, England) in Mar 2020
Interview
An enjoyable workplace filled with people who will make this a memorable workplace. The higher management can be condescending and not understanding of issues that arise. The company fail to value and develop people and appeared to be solely interested in achieving somewhat unachievable goals. The workload and hours can also be undesirable considering the rate of pay provided by the company.

Phone interview lasted 20 minutes. I got asked questions about customer service- if I ever went above and beyond or if I ever encountered a difficult situation whilst working. Followed by that was an in-person interview at the branch I applied for - mostly the same questions.
