I submitted an application and was invited to a panel interview with 3 people. This in person interview then asked questions about your experience, motivations etc. They were very welcoming and easy to get along with.
It was great and they taught a lot about geotech. They asked about lifestyle in university. They were very nice. Always remember to ask questions at the end. They asked tell me about yourself.
