The interview had total 3 rounds.
All the 3rounds were telephonic for me as I was an outstation candidate.
The whole process was very quick as all the rounds got completed within 24 hours time and were taken on a very short notice.
However, I adjusted with them by all the short notices. Whenever, they asked me, I appeared for the interview with all my dedicated Time and Effort.
But surprisingly, after that they took around 2 weeks' time to come to a DECISION.
And it was a Negative for me though as per them, I was actually best selected candidate for them.
And the Reason they cited is the person whom I was supposed to replace, finally decided to stay back.
I MEAN, C'MMON..........DO YOU THINK THE INTERVIEW PROCESS IS KINDA JOKE OR THE CANDIDATES ARE EASILY AVAILABLE IN TERMS OF THEIR ENERGY OR TIME?????
You took 2 weeks time just to decide that the Old person is staying back and this Feedback came even after giving best interviews, at your short notice whenever you required. GIVE ME A BREAK...
I believe, this whole process and gesture from the company was totally unprofessional.
Guys, going forward, please don't arrange Interview process when you're NOT SURE about the position and please change your HR persons' attitude.
