Made it through one phone screen, the HR person was easy to contact via email and got back to me quickly. The phone screen was 30 minutes long. They shared a helpful portal with a list of all the interview steps ahead of time, I appreciated the transparency

Recruiter reached out and scheduled something. The interviewer was very difficult to understand and didn't seem to understand my questions either. I did plenty of research on the company and how Covid caused a 400% surge in business for at home health and I asked how business operations have changed now that covid has died down. The interviewer was very short with me and said that their business of home care has nothing to do with covid or at home test kits (I didn't even mention test kits). I also tried to give her examples of my experience and she kept on mentioning at home test kits when I did not and had to keep on correcting her that my experience in healthcare is not test kits. It was pretty much a lost cause where she thought I didn't know anything about Tomorrow Health, when she appeared to be the one that didn't. Tomorrow Health, please get better recruiters.

I would caution anyone interested in this company to be extremely careful. In my experience, Tomorrow Health acted in a highly unethical manner, pumping me for free consulting, repeatedly promising me an offer and then ghosting me.
