Traditional interview process, HR generalist works with you to set up with your department (mine - Supply Chain). Interviewers (who are your direct manager and any teammates who you work with) do intro interview with you, then you are interviewed again, with department director. Standard interview process and the company was (despite my bad experience) easy to work with. I had a negative experience with this company interviewing because they seemed to kick me around and did not seem to act with a sense of urgency or clarity as to when my second interview would be and/or the result of my two interviews. The director also had the audacity to ask me what I currently made in my current job at the time, if that says anything about them and their ethics/values/style.
