Interview
Depending on the role being interviewed for, the process may differ. For the HR Associate role, the interview process had three component.
1. First Level - Interview with Head of Department/unit
2. Second Level - Interview with Group/Divisional Head
3. Make a physical visit to the factory to assess visibility of working there

2. Technical questions on HR general knowledge, prior work experience in HR and operations, knowledge on labour laws, regulations and compliance.
3. Case study questions for attaining specific HR KPIs
4. Salary expectations and availability date
