The interview process with Tom Horn Gaming was very smooth, professional, and efficient from start to finish. Communication was clear and well-structured at every stage, and the entire process moved surprisingly fast without unnecessary delays.
From the first contact, the discussions were focused and transparent. Expectations for the Country Manager role were explained clearly, including business goals, market strategy, and responsibilities in the Ukrainian market. The interview itself felt productive and engaging, with direct conversations that allowed both sides to quickly understand whether there was a strong fit.

Question 1
How would you grow Tom Horn Gaming in the Ukrainian market and position the company as a strategic top-tier provider?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Tom Horn Gaming in Jul 2025
Interview
The process was quite familiar to me, as the this type of process has been the same in the past:
- Interview with the internal recruiter, short, formal, straight to the point.
- Followed by a call with one of their producers and their animator where we talked about my background, how I work, my knowledge base in VFX and animation. A bit more loose conversation, few jokes here and there.
- After that, a test task, followed by weeks of waiting and tension building.
- Then tech review with their two producers and animator, where we reviewed my work and talked more about me. Again, more formal.
- Aaand then the final call where HR manager made me an offer. Tensions were gone and everyone on the call was smiling.
So in the end, all worked out great.
