Very straightforward interview process with Mareo. If you have experience and show promising work ethic you'll get the role easily. It's a nice warehouse to work in and the customers are cool. I was able to learn the product pretty easily but it takes time for a lot of people to get comfortable with it, especially if they have little HVAC experience.
