HR does the phone interview, and then technical manager will do technical interview with the team and then on site interview. HR specifically asked to fill out a form of all the questions, including a fix number on salary and that was the end of it. It also took HR several rescheduling and even forgot about the interview time. It was not a very professional experience overall.
