Overall the interview process is great. I have completed all of the interview stages.
For the first step after I passed screening process, I got an online assessment to build an web-page with ReactJS.
Then, I passed and was invited to interview user process. In this step I have passed 3 panel of interview process
1st Interview with Senior Engineer.
In this Step took around 1 hours with hands-on programming.
2nd Interview with Lead Engineer.
In this step talking about deep of web technology.
3rd Interview with Engineering Manager
In this step talking about behavior questions.
After passed all of the steps, finally I got an offering letter from Tokopedia!!!

The interview was really smooth. The interviewer was great at cracking jokes. It made the whole session feel more like a chat with a friend than a formal interview. This approach really helped ease any nerves I had and made the entire experience enjoyable.

Interview
First off, I was assigned to do a mini project. After submitting it, there will be an email informing about the result and next step. For every process, the HR informs whether you make it to the next round or not. The next process after the assignment are series of interviews, consisting: - HR Interview - 1st User Interview (Technical Skills & Knowledge) - 2nd User Interview (Web Knowledge & Practices) - 3rd User Interview (Cultural & Behavioral) The verdict of each round is announced between 1-4 days. After that, the HR will informs that the offer letter is on the way.
