I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Toddle in Jun 2024
Interview
I recently had an interview process that felt more like a search for faults than an assessment of my skills. The second round, initially scheduled for 1.5 hours, extended to 2 hours, with another 1.5-hour session added. It focused on complex JavaScript topics like type coercion, async operations, and the event loop. Despite previous approvals, I was asked to revisit solutions in next extended round, which seemed unnecessary. Overall, it was a frustrating experience that didn't effectively evaluate a senior developer's skills.
