Interview process was very laid back. They seemed to be looking for genuine and honest people to represent the company. My position is 9 months out of the year so being prepared for 3 months off was awesome on one hand but a little scary on the other. The more knowledge you have in hardscapes, the better your chances of getting in.

Todd's Services offers so many different services that I was not able to have good answers to each type of service. Thankfully they were will to train in the areas that I did not have extensive experience in.
