Very disappointing for a company that claims to be rooted in empathy and human-centered design. The interview process (over 1 month) was disappointing and unprofessional, marked by repeated ghosting, consistent missed interviews with no apology, and only claimed attempts to contact me after I escalated the recurring issue. I was then blamed for the interviewer's incompetence and ignorance, despite the interviewer never leaving messages or follow-ups. How a company treats candidates is a real reflection of its brand and speaks volumes about its true values.
