Interview
I found Toast to be very engaged during the interview process.
Although they follow a model of several rounds, they were very accommodating and it was progressed quickly rather than dragging it out.
During each round you are assessed to ensure you have the appropriate talent/experience and more importantly are a good fit from a working culture and personality perspective.
I recommend open and honest answers to these questions. There were some I did not have an answer to, so I stated that and we discussed it and moved on.
Following the end of the interview process I received meaningful feedback regarding my application.

Question 1
They ask a lot of behavioral questions to gauge your reactions to things, its not something you can prepare for like an exam.
They have them like this in order to determine your cultural/personality fit for the team as well as getting a feel for your professional expertise .
Examples:
- Have you ever been in x situation?
- How would you handle x?
