I applied for the position which fitted very well to my skills. I was called by the HR team to participate to interview at company's HQ in Samandira, Istanbul. I went there on time and did an English exam. It was very easy. In the job interview, there were two HR personnel. They asked me about my background and they tested my stress and analytical thinking capabilities. The next week they called me for another interview with the dept manager. It went well, too. Another week another interview with Deputy GM, he didn't ask much. It went well as well. I waited for another week to meet the GM, boss. It was just chit-chat. Then they gave me an offer below my expectations, I didn't accept.
