Tiro Partners interview questions

Took the time to address what I want from my next role and what I was missing from my current role and gave me an honest assesment on if they could offer that to me.

I met with a director and co-founder, who made the interview really pleasant. He really wanted to know who I was, and asked me good questions based on my experiences. I am still waiting for feedback from the interview, so I don't know how it went, although I had a good feeling after we adjourned the interview with a long casual chat. Good company, really knows what they are doing.
