      Manager Interview

      1 Dec 2022
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Tire Agent

      Interview

The process was ridiculously drawn out and unnecessary. The process lasted 3 months before I dropped out of the process. There was a series of 7 different 30minute interviews. I met with several leaders of the organization. When it was time to meet with the CEO, he didn’t call in for the first interview. It was only after I inquired why he didn’t show, I was informed he was out of town for personal reasons. I finally connected with him but it was for 10 minutes. I was told they would provide a decision in 3 days. 5 days came and went and when I contacted them I was told they were still conducting final interviews and they didn’t know when they would be completed. I followed up 3 weeks later and was asked to have yet another call with the CEO (call #7). He promised this would be the final interview and I would receive a call on Tuesday at lunch from HR (eluding an offer would be presented) Tuesday comes and goes, no call. Tuesday evening I discover they listed the job on LinkedIn again. Wednesday, I withdrew my application. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL
