Tipton County School System interview questions

I was interviewed by a panel of grade level teachers I would be working with as well as principal. Each teacher was asked to bring a question to ask. I was called the same day with the job offer.

The interview process was pretty easy. The environment is very relaxed and feels very "no pressure". They engage in small talk and genuinely want to know about you and what kind of person you are. Everyone is very nice. The process was pretty quick. After submitting an application, I had an interview within a month and was offered the job on the spot.
