Interview
The interview process was two steps. First with the hiring manager via a phone interview and then in person. Afterwards was a follow up with 5 - 6 members of the organization. Some were members that I would work directly with, others ancillary to the role. All were very courteous and professional and the interviews were really enjoyable.

Interview
It started out fine, the team was kind and pleasant. It is a smaller company and each member of the team came in to separately interview me, which was a good chance to meet everyone and gauge their opinion of the company. However, later, the CEO asked me what was in my bank account during the interview which I felt was quite inappropriate.
