The recruiter was super helpful with updates. However, there is a long wait time between interviews. 1 week after the interview is fine for wait time, but a month is too much and that too for a rejection.

Interview
I went through 7 rounds of interviews (although they originally told me it would be three or four). Did not have to do a test project, but I did gather and share lots of industry data and insights.

Question 1
Interview questions were pretty standard, not especially difficult compared to other similarly sized tech companies. One question: how would you grow revenue from women who use Tinder?
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Tinder
Interview
The HR reached out to me via LinkedIn, and I really appreciated how quick and professional the communication was—she responded promptly and scheduled everything smoothly. The first-round interview was with the hiring manager. He asked mostly scenario-based questions but didn’t provide any feedback during the call, so it was a bit hard to gauge how it went. Overall, the process felt efficient and respectful.
