Phone and then in person, two-three rounds of interview. Good experience overall. Makes sure the candidate is capable of analyzing business and financial analysis. Likes candidates who are eager to learn and grow with the company and the analysts are nice and smart.

The process consisted of a short application that included resume. This was followed by a 30-1hr long questionnaire that included investing ideas. The point of this test was to see the thinking process behind your investing strategies.
