pretty easy, just be yourself and answer honestly. they arent fussy about experience just be keen on learning and respect customers. Also try your best to be informed about the company, when it was founded and what types of products they sell.

Group interview with 5 other candidates describing Timberland shoes in turns whilst being timed and getting into groups to outline different customer types. The process took 45 minutes, and the hiring manager was focused on how well candidates work with one another
