The interview process was very smooth. My interviewer asked me the general questions about myself ,my experience and why I want to work with their organization. She also asked me if i am a student or i am working professional.

I was called and arranged an in-person interview which lasted for 20 minutes.
The interview was medium difficulty. The interviewer was cool and supportive. There were some 10 questions, all related to customer service.

Interview went great. A lot of basic questions - can you count, etc. Not very tough. Be ware though, lots of competition. Lots of qualified candidates competing for the same position. Be confident, and give it your best.
