The process was fairly easy. first you fill out form, then there is a phone interview and after that there is an in person interview. As I have a disability that would make the job difficult I didn't get past that.
I was called and arranged an in-person interview which lasted for 20 minutes.
The interview was medium difficulty. The interviewer was cool and supportive. There were some 10 questions, all related to customer service.

Interview went great. A lot of basic questions - can you count, etc. Not very tough. Be ware though, lots of competition. Lots of qualified candidates competing for the same position. Be confident, and give it your best.
