I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Tim Hortons (Port Coquitlam, BC) in Jan 2014
Interview
Very dry and too straightforward. Manager seemed to tense and I didn’t really want to be there. Employees were very sad and always upset with quality of management . Interview was very informal
It was a very easy process. In general, it was a lot of behavioral questions which made the interview feel very stress free. I personally felt that it was more like a conversation which made it very easy to sit through and answer.
Good. they asked good questions. for example. Why would you like to work here. what do you like about tim hortons. do you like our coffee. do you know what a double double is.
It was a pretty relaxed and straightforward interview. The interviewer mainly asked about my past work experience, customer service skills, and availability. They also explained the job responsibilities and what a typical shift would look like.
