I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Tim Hortons (Burnaby, BC) in Aug 2014
Interview
A few questions had been asked while we started, then the manager gave an introduction about the job, salary, and benefits, then tell me come back the next day to take a training.
It was a very easy process. In general, it was a lot of behavioral questions which made the interview feel very stress free. I personally felt that it was more like a conversation which made it very easy to sit through and answer.
Good. they asked good questions. for example. Why would you like to work here. what do you like about tim hortons. do you like our coffee. do you know what a double double is.
It was a pretty relaxed and straightforward interview. The interviewer mainly asked about my past work experience, customer service skills, and availability. They also explained the job responsibilities and what a typical shift would look like.
