Tillys Visual Merchandising Manager interview questions

In my interview process, I first had a virtual interview where we discussed my current role, career goals, and what drew me to the brand. Following that, I had an in-person interview at a mall location with another store manager. During this meeting, I was asked to select some of my favorite outfits and then walk through the store floorplan, sharing my thoughts on what I liked and what I would change.
