I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at TileBar
Interview
So far there’s been 4 rounds of interviews. Everyone I met was easy to talk to, knowledgeable, and they asked a lot of questions but the important ones. They really are making sure the company culture fit and experience is there to match. It would be hard to fake it and just get into the company without really being interested.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at TileBar (Paramus, NJ) in Apr 2025
Interview
There was correspondence from someone calling themself a "director." We set up an interview in person, but I had to reschedule last minute, which they understood. We did a Zoom call a few days later and minutes later I received an automated rejection response from TileBar. I emailed her asking if we were still binding on the appointment, and she said, yes, ignore that "mistake email." The Zoom call went seemingly well, and we agreed to reconvene when they were back in the state, and that was the last I heard from our coveted "director." I had to follow up multiple times only to receive a response that the position has been filled. Nice hatchet job.

Question 1
Are you available in early May for another interview? (they failed to keep their word after I said yes)
Sat with two lovely ladies who asked good people questions very warm and welcoming. We had a good laugh and actually gave a short response scenario which was different. Got response back from them pretyy quickly and the communication was very smooth.
