Took two hours to finish the online assessment, if pass, you will be moved into next process, online interview, takes 3 to 4 rounds totally. Finally got into the face to face interview
Pretty fridendly, multiple rounds, they asked me some questions about writing code and they had a couple algorythm questions. There were a fe people in the room and one was friendlier than the other.

TikTok OA was fair and Interview was fair. Was asked a semi-system design question which seemed unusually for a new grad position. Otherwise, quick to respond and communication was clear.
