The interview process typically consists of several stages: 1. Application: Candidates submit their resumes and applications for a job opening. 2. Screening: Recruiters or hiring managers review applications to identify qualified candidates. 3. Phone/Initial Interview: A brief phone call or initial interview is conducted to assess basic qualifications and interest. 4. Skills Assessment: Some roles may require candidates to complete tests or assignments to evaluate their skills. 5. In-Person/Video Interviews: Candidates meet with the hiring team for more in-depth interviews to assess their qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. 6. Behavioral Interviews: These focus on a candidate's past behavior to predict future performance. 7. Technical Interviews: For technical roles, candidates may face technical questions or challenges. 8. Assessment Centers: A series of activities or tasks are used to evaluate candidates' abilities and teamwork. 9. Reference Checks: Employers contact references provided by the candidate to verify information. 10. Final Interviews: Candidates meet with top-level decision-makers or executives. 11. Job Offer: The chosen candidate receives an offer letter outlining the terms of employment. 12. Onboarding: The new hire goes through orientation and training to join the organization. Each step aims to assess a candidate's suitability for the role and company, and the process can vary widely depending on the industry and organization.
Applied online. scheduled an interview the following week. The process was quick and efficient.
The interview began with limited clarification or context (there was a small issue), which made the start feel slightly awkward.
I don’t expect interviews to be overly warm, but I did find the interaction somewhat disengaged and unfocused. The tone of the interview felt more focused on having me justify my background, rather than creating a two-way conversation so it felt difficult to establish a conversation. Be prepared just in case.

Question 1
Self Introduction
Are you comfortable with using 00 (software)?
The process quite quick, but i don’t know they can’t hire local HR. it’s quite confusing when the user isn’t fluent in english and suddenly talk in bilingual with mandarin when the requirement for the position wasn’t even that.
