Went through 3 rounds of interview. After 3 months of my 3rd round, received a text from HR if I'm still interested in the position. First call was with HR, then with local manger.
Interview with hiring manager went well. However there is a clear lapse in the professionalism of HR in providing updates. It is unacceptable for the recruiter to simply ghost the candidate when action is on them for further assessment.
