Chaotic, inexperienced, and lacking in imagination.
Was given three separate and very different areas to prep around, but was asked about an entirely new fourth area. All good – I can roll with the punches – but the interviewer seemed to lack even the most foundational understanding of what she was asking about.
Got the sense this was a fishing expedition to source expertise and get an understanding of industry standards.
Salary was low compared to the market and there was little vision for the future of the team or development.

overall quite focused on case study and understanding of e-commerce.
Long but fairly streamlined, tedious, it seemed like everyone was on board but they weren’t ultimately? The HR stopped responding after a while and I received no clarity on the decision they made. I t was honestly a Strange experience
