My interview process was a bit different than the reviews on Glassdoor.
There were a total of three zoom interviews with HackerRank coding challenges.
The first one was really smooth. I had the best interviewer ever, very engaging and friendly.
The second one was just like a typical coding challenge interview. The interviewer asks about my past experiences, why I like the frontend, and just moved to the coding challenge part.
The third one was with the hiring manager. Not so much of the positive experience. He had some technical difficulty that I couldn't hear his audio, so he had to repeat the questions several times. He asks about my past experiences and challenges. He also asks how I can improve proficiency on one of the projects I've worked on before. Now comes the coding challenge. I'm not sure if he made the questions or find it somewhere else. The problem itself was pretty wordy and very confusing. It took me a solid 10~15 mins to understand the question. It turns out the answer was relatively easy than I expected. I was able to solve the problem in the end. However, I did take too long in the beginning.
