There are 4 rounds of interviews,where one of their Recruiter will reach out to you via WhatsApp telling you that you are shortlisted for the first round of interview.
First Interview - With TA Team in the country you are based at or will be working in.
Second Interview - A TA from China
Third Interview - A senior HR Manager from China
Fourth Interview - A TA based in Singapore.
Do expect them asking the same sets of question on every round,even on the 4th round they asked the same questions and they still reject me towards the end.It seems that after all those rounds they still can’t decide on a candidate,and towards the end on the fourth round they will take an advice from a white guy who has only been working in TikTok for not more then 6 months.
Doesn’t seem like this company has good communication with each other or proper process when it comes to recruiting and interviewing.
Please improve your hiring process and don’t waste the candidate’s time by dragging them to 4 rounds of interview if your team have problems of trusting each other’s feedback on the candidate,and reject them at the last round.

The interview process with TikTok started with TikTok sources reached out to me on LinkedIn to schedule phone screening. Then I phone screening with that source. After than, interviewed with the hiring manager.
