The recruiter reached out 4 months after application was sent. Made it to the 3rd round where I spoke with someone on the China team. Communication was difficult as there was a language barrier. The interviewer was also 20 minutes late to the interview and seemed unprepared. The job was based in the US and said there is not language requirement so I’m not sure why they were trying to make the interview be in Chinese.
