Interview
Quick and straighforward. Initially with Talent recruiter, then a CPM, then a Line Manager. The process was seem standard compared to other CROs. Character and scenario questions were asked. Everthing was done through phone or teams meeting.
Fairly straightforward. Met with multiple people and questions mainly surrounded past experience, how to handle difficult sponsors, etc. Had about 3 rounds. Just be ready to talk about past projects, and past experiences as they will ask.
The interview focused on discussing my previous academic and practical projects related to clinical data analysis. The interviewer asked technical questions about SAS programming, including data manipulation, merging datasets, handling missing values, and generating summary tables commonly used in clinical trials.
