The interview process is quick and straightforward, it is a 3 part interview which is pretty normal for me. Two over the phone interviews and 1 in person with a walk around of the facility. Which for me was the best part. The tour not only was to get familiar with the site but to get to know each other in person and to pick each others brain a little bit which did not affect their decision. Great job to all the gentlemen who’ve helped me with the interview process as well as the transition and training.
