They rejected me for not currently living where the role is located. Of course, I was planning to relocate immediately. I felt disappointed because I was not rejected due to my skills etc and it feels they do not dedicate enough resources to properly find the right candidate.

It was very smooth. Hiring manager was very patient and listened to me effectively. I was given ample chance to speak. I got to learn a lot from the interview process. There were two rounds of interview.
