I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Ticombo (Marne-la-Vallee) in Apr 2022
Interview
The interview process at Ticombo was refreshingly smooth and well-paced. From the first interaction, communication was clear and friendly, which helped set a relaxed tone. Each stage of the process was spaced out enough to allow me time to prepare and reflect, making the whole experience feel less rushed and more thoughtful. The team made it easy to connect, and the conversations felt more like meaningful exchanges than formal interrogations. Overall, it was a calm and positive experience that gave me a great first impression of the company culture

Question 1
It was a simple question, but it really made me reflect on my values, interests, and how I connect with the company's mission. It wasn’t just about skills—it felt more personal, like they genuinely wanted to understand who I am and what drives me.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Ticombo in Mar 2022
Interview
Very quick process, invitation sent, next day an interview. Nothing positive to say about. The most weird interview I ever had in my life. The interviewer was rude and extremely weird. Btw they are not looking qualified employees, they are looking the ones who asking the least money. Peter Savovsky raved also about that employee taxes are paid by company, I'm not sure if it's correct or possible. I was overqualified and knew it, so I actually asked higher salary (because their budget is very low), and by that I was even lowballing myself. Anyway don't recommend, only if you are beginning of your career, this work would be ok only for couple of months..Or you live in cheap country like Bulgaria or Russia.
