Overall, a basic interview that tested attention to detail across a spreadsheet, literacy, mathematics and a couple behavioural questions.

Very casual, took place in local cafe. Asked more personal questions and about previous experience in similar workforce. Staff seemed nice and friendly but workload large with low amount of pay.

Interview
Relaxed group interview. Mainly just a couple of getting-to-know-you kind of questions, ice breakers etc. A general review of what is to be expected was outlined by the employers. It was followed up by a test to in order to see the attention to detail of the employee. Again, very easy and relaxed, but it was more to see whether your speed was paced well with your accuracy.
