The overall interview was good but the interviewer was late and in the middle of some other conversation. They also told there would be a round 2 but never got a response again.

Initial interview with HR, followed by a call with the direct manager of the position, followed by a case study. This is where things took a turn. They sent me a case study the Monday before Thanksgiving and asked for it to be turned around that week. I asked for an extension since it was a holiday and I had family in town staying with me. They extended the deadline to the Monday directly after Thanksgiving, effectively no extension as they knew I was hosting family over the holiday weekend. After I turned it in on the date they asked, they didn’t get back to me until mid-January, in their words, because it’s important for their employees to honor their time off over the holidays. So they treat holiday time off with respect once you’ve been hired but not if you’re part of the interviewing process? Super disappointing.

Was contacted by the company, scheduled an introductory call and had asked the interviewer if she had any availability sooner than what was on her calendar. Never heard back and then had the introductory call canceled the day prior. Felt very unprofessional and I highly doubt they filled the position in a week timeframe.
