After initial HR screening. I was set up with three individual interviews. Two managers and the CISO. I was given a rundown of the position and then asked what ideas I had about what they were trying to do. One manager was very engaging, another was very informal but had the air that I needed to impress them greatly to move forward or wanted to see if I already had the answers to their problem having only heard about it five minutes prior. The CISO was eating breakfast on camera in front of me, which I thought was unprofessional and made it seem like interviewing me was an interruption of their day. the questions weren't hard, but I could tell they didn't know what they were looking for.
