30 minute phone call to vet candidates. It only took 20 minutes. The HR partner has a good idea of the skills needed for the role. Is up front about the pay range.

Question 1
If you’ve worked with jira. If you know and have used project management methodologies, particularly the sprint.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ThriveDX (New York, NY) in Dec 2021
Interview
Angela Carlen was highly effective at guiding me through the interview process, and her beyond down-to-earth interactions made it easy to feel like I could connect with ThriveDX on a human level. A lot of my success in the interview process came from Angela's natural desire to make sure I had the tools I needed, which also shows in the company culture.
In total there were three rounds:
1. An initial phone screen with Angela
2. A video interview with the Head of Product
3. A take-home assignment and presentation of the assignment to a panel of their team members of varying levels of seniority, from junior to senior. Everyone on the panel had an equal opportunity to share their thoughts.
Overall the team was extremely sincere, authentic, and transparent which made it very easy to feel excited about moving forward in joining their team. The experience overall was a breath of fresh air.
